You really want a romantic beach getaway but, there are many adorable cottages in Cape Cod. Which one do you choose? How do you know it's a nice place unless someone recommends it to you. Having been there . . . well, I highly recommend this one.

Seaside, the perfect romantic beach getaway, is a resort located in Yarmouth, MA. The cottages are arranged in two large circles around big grassy areas, each with its own BBQ area. Although the cottages are the typical New England, cedar-shake style on the outside, no two are alike on the inside.

All 42 cottages are individually owned (but rented out) and decorated reflecting the owners' tastes. There are studios, 1-bedroom, or 2-bedroom cottages available; several with fireplaces.

This resort has its own private beach just a few steps from every cottage. Some even open on the ocean side. Just crack the windows a bit and let to the gentle slapping of the water on the sand lull you to sleep.

The peace and quiet here is very therapeutic. Oh, and did I mention how romantic it is? Leave your cares at home and slip away for a weekend or a week - just the two of you.
