We spent an August anniversary at The Inn at Snowbird just minutes from Salt Lake City, Utah! It was awesome! What a great place to cool off from the summer heat. And they have every amenity you could want - from luxurious to inexpensive.
And four years in a row we spent a summer weekend in Taos Ski Valley, NM. Now that's a place where you really can get away from the crowds. Taos itself is a small town crowded with tourists in the summer. But just drive up the canyon 20 minutes and you are greeted with cool, quiet surroundings. Now it's your turn!
